Niw Pik Terms & Conditions — Clear Language, Full Transparency

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Niw Pik platform and all services operated under it. "Niw Pik", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the niwpik.com website and its mobile application. "User" and "you" refer to any individual who is registered on or using this platform.

By opening an account or using any service on Niw Pik, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To register and use Niw Pik's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential.

Niw Pik may request identity documents or additional verification at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Niw Pik:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts.
• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same person's name.
• Deposits and withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.
• Niw Pik reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is mandatory for all parties.

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, Niw Pik reserves the right to correct it, including deducting any excess amount from the account.

Niw Pik offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded on your first deposit, typically up to 100%. Rollover conditions apply.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable on specific days or deposit amounts. Each offer has its own validity period.
• Cashback: Awarded based on losses incurred during a specified period.
• Referral Bonus: Earned by referring a friend, subject to both parties meeting the required conditions.

In cases of bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or arbitrage betting — Niw Pik may cancel the bonus and suspend the account if necessary.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Niw Pik platform and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or using bots or automated software.
• Abusing the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

All content on the Niw Pik platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of Niw Pik or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without Niw Pik's explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• A limited license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

Niw Pik accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losing connection mid-game due to internet disruption or technical failure.
• Delayed transactions caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, or war.

In all cases, Niw Pik's maximum liability shall be limited to the main balance available in the user's account at the time.

Niw Pik may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon finding evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• Upon submitting a voluntary Self-Exclusion request.
• Upon direction from a legal authority.

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless the funds need to be held due to fraud or legal reasons. Users may also request account closure at any time.
